I see therapy as a collaborative process. My role is work alongside you, helping you to understand yourself more deeply and find perspective during times when life feels difficult or overwhelming.

Some people want to make sense of how their past continues to shape their present. Others want practical ways to break unhelpful patterns in the here and now. My integrative approach means I adapt the way I work to the individual, helping each person to work themselves out in a way that works best for them.

Whether you’re living with the effects of trauma, struggling with anxiety, ADHD, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, or simply a sense that life feels harder than it should, therapy offers the opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and build a more fulfilling life. create to the way each session flows.

I’m an integrative, Bristol-based, BACP-registered Psychotherapist, working with adults both in person and online.

I have particular specialisms in trauma and ADHD and work with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief and low self-esteem.

Before setting up my private practice I worked for the charity Kinergy supporting survivors of sexual abuse, an experience that continues to inform my work today.

Alongside my private practice I’m the therapist for the law firm Burges Salmon, providing confidential therapy for partners and employees across the Bristol and Edinburgh offices.

My aim is to provide a warm, thoughtful and confidential space where people feel able to explore whatever they choose to bring.

As a registered member of the BACP I work within its ethical framework, receive regular supervision and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
