I am a Bristol-based, BACP registered Psychotherapist, experienced in supporting clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief and low self esteem.

I specialise in trauma, and before setting up my private practice I worked for the charity Kinergy as a therapist for survivors of sexual abuse.

I see the relationship between client and therapist as key to successful therapy, and my aim, first and foremost, is to create a trusting partnership to enable clients to feel comfortable looking at whatever issues they choose to bring.

I provide a welcoming, confidential space and work on Zoom as well as face to face.

As a registered member of the BACP I adhere to their ethical guidelines and commit to regular supervision. I am also fully insured.
